  Not a great place for a steak. With steak in your name you should probably be a little better at it. Service is great. Been here 3 times because it's so close to the hotel. Parmesan chicken is amazing.

  As soon as I walked in I verified with the server that prime rib was still available. A while after we had ordered and finished our salads the manager came out and informed us that they had no prime rib left. He gave us the menu back and came back 2 minutes later to let us know that they had 2 of 3 prime ribs so our third person ordered something else. When they finally brought out our food the prime ribs had dried grease on them and were cold. Then... when I told them that the meals were cold they took them to the back and nuked them. When they brought them back they were dry and burnt. We informed the manager that we would just go to Logans instead. If I could give them less stars I would. On top of everything the server was not very hospitable. I will not step foot back into this restaurant. I would advise that you think twice before coming to the longhorn in Cleveland, Tn.
