When asked to talk to manager they proceeded to text the conversation rather than call and be professional. Proceeded to tell was picky and argued the entire time. I'm sorry we work in customer service and if something is wrong we do everything in our power to fix the problem. We take blame and make them happy for repeat customers. We don't badger them telling them its their fault... these people are ridiculous. ..April 26, 2017
